Accident Insurance

This plan provides benefits for employees to help offset the direct (medical) expenses and indirect (non-medical) expenses that may result from an accident. Benefits include ambulance, emergency room visits, and hospitalization, out patient treatments, specific sum benefits and accidental death benefits. Employees can keep their coverage at the same rate, even if they change jobs or retire. Family members are also eligible for coverage under the employee policy. Benefits are guaranteed renewable for life and qualify under the Cafeteria Plan on a pretax basis.
