Intensive care coverage is offered to employees at several different daily benefit amounts and duration of payments. Employees can keep their coverage at the same rate, even if they change jobs or retire. Family members are also eligible for coverage under the employee policy. Benefits are guaranteed renewable for life and qualify under the Cafeteria Plan on a pretax basis.
