Heart and Stroke Insurance

The Heart policy provides benefits for heart attacks, strokes or heart disease. Benefits include hospital confinement, surgery, physical therapy, oxygen, heart transplants, transportation and lodging. Employees can keep their coverage at the same rate, even if they change jobs or retire. Family members are also eligible for coverage under the employee policy. Benefits are guaranteed renewable for life and qualify under the Cafeteria Plan on a pretax basis.
