While with USAble Life, Jeff was responsible for over 200 clients across the state of Arkansas. At Daines Insurance and Financial Services, LLP, Jeff is working with our clients on employer paid group products and employee paid voluntary benefits. Jeff and his wife, Darrah, have two children, Grace and Jacob. |

Since then, Matt has helped us build a first class group operation which services clients in ten states. Matt works closely with our clients to develop cost effective benefit programs that support the retention and recruitment of quality employees. Matt and his wife Monica have two children Phoebe and Stone. |

Kevin has helped build our worksite marketing portfolio to service the needs of our clients through Section 125 plans. With Kevin’s experience and knowledge of worksite products, we are able to offer the best products in the market. Our worksite products include the following supplemental products: Cancer, Heart, Disability, Life, Critical Illness, and Accident. |

He brings with him more than 21 years experience from the soft drink, grocery, and food service industries. All of these in customer service, with 14 in management roles. Jay excels at creative problem solving, always seeking suitable, affordable, quality solutions for each client’s individual needs. Jay and his wife, Kimberly, have two daughters, Lauren and Kathryn. |

She has quickly earned the admiration of the clients she serves. Exhibiting the Daines Insurance motto, “Service, our most important product”, on a daily basis, she promptly resolves any issues an employer may have with the administration of his/her group health benefits. She has been a very uplifting and sunny addition to our team. Amanda enjoys spending her free time with her husband Clark. |

Anthony Willis - Account Executive Office: 903.793.3034 / 877.793.3034 E-mail: awillis@dainesinsurance.com Anthony Willis joined the agency in April of 2009 as an Account Executive after spending three years as a claims adjuster for Progressive. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. These experiences should serve Anthony well as he assists our clients with the administration and communication of their benefit programs. In his free time, Anthony enjoys competing in triathlons along with hiking and camping with his wife Lauren and son Lain. |

Among her many responsibilities, Kathy handles all bookkeeping, office management, licensing and commission related duties. She also works closely with Eddie Daines in servicing individual life insurance policies and retirement plans. Kathy is extremely dependable and helps keep our office running efficiently. |

Tammy’s responsibilities include preparing quote requests, payroll deduction reports, and formal proposals. Tammy works hard to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of each proposal. Tammy also helps coordinate a number of special projects and is always willing to help anyone in the office. |

After serving four years in the United States Air Force, he attended Texas A&M University in College Station. Upon graduation he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He will be working within our worksite marketing division, focusing on voluntary group benefits as well as supplemental products. T.J.’s desire to provide the best service for all individuals will make him a true asset to our agency. In his spare time, T.J. is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing. |

Elizabeth has more than 6 years of customer service and financial experience that will be a great asset to the agency. Elizabeth’s primary responsibilities include processing applications, preparing reports, backing up the Account Executives, and customer service. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and loves spending time with her family. |

Jennifer’s experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and computer technology makes her a great asset to the agency. She is able to promptly and efficiently address customers’ questions with respect to prescription and medical benefits or any other customer service issues that may arise. Some of her responsibilities include open enrollment preparation, payroll deduction reports, processing enrollment applications, and creating and updating client’s censuses. Jennifer spends her spare time with her husband, Shawn, and their son, Jacob. |
